Hi,
I have finally got around to sorting out a proper newsletter, things weren't really practical before, hence it's been a while since i wrote.
Lots has been happening over the Summer, so it's time to share some things! We have been working hard on the graphics and website, as well as lots of live shows and festivals....

Glade Festival Milli played 2 sets on the lovely InSpiral Stage at Glade festival. They both went down a storm and got excellent reviews, including 10/10 for best act of the whole festival by Virtual Festivals!

Bahrain August began with a trip to Manama, Bahrain (the Middle East!) to perform flute and vocals with Congolese band Kasai Masai. The show at the Cultural Hall, plus behind-the-scenes footage of the trip, was featured on Bahrain TV. This should be available soon, but in the meantime you can watch Milli's own video tour diary in 2 parts at the links below:

Secret Garden Congolese band Zongzing All Stars performed twice at Secret Garden Party; they got everyone shaking their arses at Musique du Monde and Valley of the Antics stages! Pictures can be viewed on Milli's Facebook

Big Chill Festival
Milli and the full band played on Viva La Vida stage saturday night, with a special guest musician Saxually Deviant Stewart
